Perfect Exchange

I called this series of moves as a perfect exchange. Let’s see why? Gehrman-Rahnfeld (Plauen, 1976)
Black to play and win. Solution: 1. Ng3+! 2.hxN Rf6 3. RxQ exR. Resign. The series of exhanges is perfect such that the pawn capturing black’s rook also prevent the escape of black’s king via g1.
