Contained King
In principle, pawns cannot move when obstructed by your own pieces. How much more when you have a piece in front of doubled pawns - your king cannot immediately open a hole for escape. This happened in the game Alekhine - Colle.
Alekhine- Colle (Paris, 1925)
Solution: 1. QxR+!! RxQ. Now, the back rank is accessible by white’s rooks 2. Re8+ Kh7 3. Rc8+ Resign. The black’s king cannot easily untangled his pawns to find a hole for escape.
